How To Remove Blackheads? Try This Wonder Scrub Made Using Kitchen Ingredients

Who doesn’t like healthy and radiant skin? The skin not only makes you look beautiful on the outside but also on the inside as well. Much care and attention goes into achieving that perfect glow. However, if you have oily skin type, you will have to go the extra mile to get this glow. Oily skin is more prone to develop various skin related problems such as acne, pimples, whiteheads and blackheads. Acne can be quite annoying. Many people spend a fair amount of money in salon and beauty products to get rid of these stubborn blackheads. However, just a few tips and tricks at home can help you get rid of them. Yeah, you got that right. When open pores in the skin come into contact with dirt, it leads to the accumulation of dirt particles, which eventually lead to the formation of blackheads. The most common areas on the face prone to acne are the nose, cheeks and even chin. Scratching your face gently using a few basic kitchen ingredients can help you take a step forward in solving acne problems.

Here is a facial scrub with three ingredients that you can use twice a week to get rid of blackheads:

What You Need:

1 banana (mashed)
2 tablespoons oats (crushed)
1 tablespoon honey

Method:

To begin, take a bowl and add the chopped oats.

Then add honey together with banana puree. Mix together all the ingredients, and then apply the mixture to the face.
Scrub it in a circular motion and then let it stay for 5-7 minutes.
Once this is done, rinse it off with warm water and apply a gentle moisturizer to the skin to close open pores.

Oat helps in exfoliating dead skin cells and also helps in removing dirt. In addition, oats has the ability to absorb and remove excess oil from the skin. Honey acts as a moisturizer and also has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, while banana helps to retain lost moisture in the skin. Banana with oats doubles the exfoliating power, which is ideal for oily skin types.

So, next time you plan on having a pamper sesh, make this home scrub a part of your beauty regimen and say goodbye to blackheads once and for all.
