Many studies have been conducted on nutrition, and today, we have a strong case in favor of “natural foods.”This is nothing new. Even the ancient sages of India highly appreciate natural products, that is, those that can be eaten raw, and those that are unrefined and unprocessed. Fresh fruits, raw salads, sprouted cereals and Dal, nuts (unsalted), seeds and yogurt are classified as natural products. They should form the bulk of the daily diet, reducing refined sugars and fats.
There is no doubt that natural foods can improve the health of our skin by keeping your skin hydrated and youthful for a longer time. The use of natural products regularly makes your skin glowing and young. Therefore, it is very important to monitor what you eat and drink. Reduce fat, sugar and red meat consumption. Part of your daily diet should consist of fresh fruits and vegetables as much as possible. Yogurt is a healthy food for your skin, while skim milk and paneer can also be included. Vegetables should be lightly cooked. Eat enough green leafy vegetables like spinach and lettuce. Fruit and vegetable juices, freshly squeezed and diluted with water, are ideal for your skin.A healthy, balanced diet that supplies the body with essential nutrients promotes good health and beauty. You need to add more seasonal fruits and vegetables to your diet. In summer, when the loss of fluid in our body is greater, eat summer fruits such as melons, watermelon, cucumber and so on – all with a high water content. Taking enough water and liquids stimulates blood circulation, keeping the skin hydrated and free from toxins and waste. On the other hand, improper removal of waste or toxins from our body affects the skin and looks dull and lifeless. It is also important to follow a diet low in salt. Overloaded skin caused by water retention may look swollen and lose its youthful quality.

The best way to start the morning is by drinking a glass of water with the juice of one whole lemon in it – this will keep your skin radiant and hydrated. Avoid carbonated drinks and drink more fresh fruit juices. In summer, instead of a Cup of hot tea, drink lemon tea with ice, JAL Giru, lassie or buttermilk, and instead of desserts with sugar-yogurt with honey or fresh fruit.
You need to take seriously their skin problems, as hiding them with makeup will not help. Ayurveda also recommends including fresh, organic, nutritious foods in our diet, as they not only promote good health, but also contribute to our skin health. Beauty is not only how you look, but also how you feel.
